Smartphone innovation and technology, with the iPad, are important for every agent to own, it seems these days many are playing up the hype. I have REALTORS all the time asking me what apps to use for their business that will save them time and make them more money in the long run. My first question back to the agent is, what would you like to have it do? I ask this because there’s probably an app for that. I’m guessing most apps that get downloaded, never get used that often because the agent has never learned to use it.
But, there are some really nice apps for real estate agents that will make their business run more efficient. Here’s my Top 10:

Now these are just my take on the “Top 10 Apps for Your Real Estate Business.” assuming a real estate agent owns an iPhone and iPad and is actually using it in their business. I used to attempt to keep our agents up to speed on becoming more of a paperless REALTOR until I discovered and met Krisstina Wise and have had the opportunity to work with both Gerry Wise and Kristina through Webinars and as an Affiliate. It did not take me long to become an Ambassador to their program “Coffee with Krisstina” and the “Paperless Real Estate Agent”. That’s all I recommend to agents anymore, because it’s the best iPad and smartphone education an agent can get to enhance their business.
To me, this is a really reasonable way for real estate agents to be consulted by someone that’s actually using the equipment and apps and more affordable than what I would charge the agent myself to teach them.
