Social Media for Real Estate Agents In Plain English
The brand new Swanepoel Social Media Report 2010 showed up at my doorstep today. I’ve been anxiously awaiting for this field
guide for real estate professionals, so I could dig in and find out everything I’ve been missing over the many months of Blogging, Tweeting, Facebooking, and participating in other forms of social media. Much to my surprise, I felt pretty good about my self taught program, I’ve aggressively pursued by reading other educators posts on Blogs, articles, and other books.
Swanepoel’s Report takes the whole enchilada of social media and puts it in plain English for the real estate agent who wants to get started in the right direction. Social media is transforming our industry and many others, as well.
Michael McClure, CEO of Professional One Franchising, LLC said: “The knowledge in this report is absolutely invaluable, a literal “must read” for anyone serious about having a viable real estate career.” He went on to say, which I agree with: “I could have saved a lot of time if I’d read this Report before I got into Social Media.”
Nicole Nicolay aka nik_nik on Twitter said this: “The new Swanepoel Social Media Report provides a solid foundation, statistical support, concise action, and implementation steps. This report clears it up for you”
I think you get the point that this is a MUST READ for Brokers, agents, staff, and ancillary businesses to the real estate industry.
Real estate agents are beginning to understand that the real estate industry is being transformed and re-invented right before our eyes, at lightening speed. In case you missed one of my former Blog posts on this subject, here’s a clip you may want to watch, in case you are still not convinced that we are in a paradigm shift that will change the way of marketing for years to come.
“Expect the Best” Mike
