Thanks Ernest, yes, it’s still a people business. The whole goal of online is to take your relationship off line, face to face. Social media is not intended to replace other means of communication, just add to it.

All the hype over Social Networks will go the way of the dinosaur… just like the Internet. The whole thing is sucking valuable time and energy from the work-force and work-day. People are sucked into facebook, Google Plus and who knows how many other places – Can ANY real work get accomplished?

What about the people that are not on social networks? There is a lot being said about using social networks to bring in new customers, but a lot of the local people may not be part of any social network. Businesses should never forget the locals that helped get them where they are.
